Schedule/Hours:

12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Includes night and weekend call

Key Qualifications:

Active DORA (Division of Professions and Occupations, Colorado) certification required

NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certification required

Previous experience in TRANSPLANT or SPINE procedures highly preferred

Strong teamwork and adaptability in fast-paced surgical settings

Excellent communication skills and attention to sterile procedures

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures, ensuring proper set-up and organization

Assist surgeons and nursing staff throughout operating room cases, particularly transplant and spine surgeries

Anticipate needs of the surgical team and respond promptly to requests during procedures

Maintain continuous compliance with hospital and regulatory standards for patient safety and infection control

Participate in night and weekend call rotations as scheduled

Document all procedures accurately and uphold strict confidentiality
