Schedule/Hours

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Every other weekend rotation
  • No call required
  • 6-week schedule cycle
  • Expectation to work 75% of major holidays
  • Qualifications

  • Active RN license, BLS, and NRP certifications required
  • Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in a Level III/IV NICU
  • Proficiency in basic ventilator, central line, and pre/post-surgical management
  • Skilled in tracheostomy, G-tube, gavage feeding, breast/bottle feeding support, infant venous sticks, and blood transfusion
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
  • Open to first-time travelers looking to expand their horizons
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional care to neonatal patients, including those with surgical needs
  • Manage ventilators, central lines, and feeding tubes
  • Provide support for both family education and infant nutrition
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring best outcomes and safe patient transitions
  • Float to related pediatric units as needed
