You’ll work within a dynamic NICU team, strengthening your skills with high-acuity patients (23 weeks gestation to full term) and surgical interventions, including NEC and CDH. Schedule/Hours

  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour shifts
  • Every other weekend rotation
  • No on-call requirements
  • Required to cover 75% of holidays
  • Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
  • Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 2 years’ NICU experience
  • BLS and NRP certifications
  • Proficiency in basic ventilator, central line, tracheostomy, and G-tube management
  • Skilled in breastfeeding support, gavage and bottle feeding, blood transfusion, and infant venous sticks
  • Comfortable with Epic EMR
  • First-time travelers welcome!
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive NICU care for infants, including surgical and non-surgical cases
  • Implement feeding, transfusion, and post-surgical management plans
  • Collaborate with RNs, NAs, and other pediatric specialists
  • May float to General Pediatrics, PICU, and other pediatric units as needed
