Schedule/Hours:

  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 1 year recent critical care peds experience (2 years preferred)
  • At least one completed travel assignment required
  • BLS and PALS certifications
  • Experience with ICU gtt management (heparin, insulin) and post-op care
  • Comfortable with limited BiPAP use, telemetry monitoring, and open bay teamwork
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, resourceful, and seeks support when needed
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to pediatric PACU patients (ages 0-17), occasionally adults
  • Monitor and manage post-op recovery, including telemetry and medication gtts
  • Work as a vital member of a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck unit culture
  • Document in EPIC EMR and utilize advanced equipment (Alaris, Omnicell, Philips monitors)
  • Collaborate with dedicated support roles including transport and 24/7 anesthesia

    $1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
