Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel role; specific shifts may vary depending on assignment needs.
  • Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license, eligible for practice in North Carolina.
  • At least one year of recent experience as an RN in the CVOR setting.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (current and active).
  • Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries in the operating room.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient status before, during, and after surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and support overall case management.
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are prepared, sterilized, and available for procedures.
