Deliver compassionate, specialized care to newborns in a leading Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Qualifications:

  • One year of recent (within the last three years), full-time, equivalent experience as a registered nurse in a NICU setting
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active Registered Nurse License in the state of assignment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
  • Seven years of recent Level III NICU experience (within the last ten years)
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based, high-quality care to critically ill or premature newborns
  • Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, adapting care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize neonatal outcomes
  • Provide support and education to families regarding their infant’s care plan
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical guidelines, protocols, and safety standards
