Position Summary:
Robla School District is seeking a qualified and compassionate Per Diem Registered School Nurse (RN) to provide on-call nursing services across school sites. The ideal candidate will support student health and wellness, promote a safe school environment, and collaborate with staff, families, and healthcare providers to address student health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, emergency response, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and Emergency Care Plans (ECPs)
• Support compliance with state health regulations, immunization requirements, and communicable disease protocols
• Conduct health screenings and assist with mandated reporting and documentation
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records
• Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Provide health education and training to students and staff as needed
• Respond to school health emergencies and participate in crisis intervention when required

Qualifications:
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Previous experience in pediatrics, public health, or school nursing preferred
• Knowledge of California school health laws and regulations preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying school site needs

Working Conditions;
• On-call, as-needed schedule with flexible assignments
• Work performed across multiple school sites within the district
May involve standing, walking, and responding quickly to emergencies
