Step into a critical role supporting dynamic surgical teams within a respected healthcare setting. As a skilled professional with experience in Operating Room Technology and Surgical Technology (both certified and non-certified), you’ll deliver essential patient care and technical support before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Surgical Technologist (Certified or Non-certified), or as an Operating Room Technician

Knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instrumentation, and procedural requirements

Ability to anticipate surgeon and team needs throughout procedures

Comfortable preparing operating rooms and maintaining strict surgical environments

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Current BLS certification preferred

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available; details to be confirmed during interview

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterilized and readily available

Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures, passing instruments, holding retractors, and maintaining clear visibility

Monitor and maintain sterile field at all times; effectively handle instruments, sutures, and specimens

Manage and account for all surgical instruments and supplies pre- and post-procedure to ensure safety and compliance

Support patient care both pre- and post-operatively, assisting with patient transport and procedural preparation

Collaborate closely with surgical team members to ensure procedures run smoothly and efficiently

$1,677 - $1,768/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
