Schedule/Hours:

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized nursing care to Stepdown patients, closely monitoring vital signs and managing complex cases post-surgery or acute illness.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans.
  • Apply advanced clinical judgment in assessing patient needs, prioritizing interventions, and modifying plans as necessary.
  • Foster a supportive environment through patient and family education and compassionate communication.
  • Comply with the highest clinical and safety standards, contributing to a culture focused on positive patient outcomes.

    • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license.
  • Stepdown/Intermediate care nursing experience required.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
