As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you'll join an interdisciplinary team committed to individualized, evidence-based patient care. This role promises exposure to a range of clinical approaches and leadership styles, enhancing your professional versatility and expanding your resume with valuable, real-world experiences. Schedule:

  • Night shift: 7pm–7am
  • On call: Two 24-hour calls per 8-week period
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, individualized emergency nursing care based on up-to-date practice standards and evidence-based research.
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate across interdisciplinary teams, adapting service delivery to diverse ages and conditions.
  • Support professional development, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in shared governance initiatives.
  • Document and communicate patient data efficiently, align with organizational policies, and promote team retention and engagement.
  • Assist in continuous performance improvement and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.
  • What You'll Need:

  • Active RN license (Georgia or multi-state compact)
  • BLS (AHA or ARC), with ACLS, PALS (within 180 days of hire), and TNCC (within 18 months)
  • Associate or Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, diverse environment
