As a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care during surgical procedures. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current, active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience preferred
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) a plus
  • Proficient in sterile technique, scrubbing/circulating
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to new technology and fast-paced environments

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, compassionate care as a circulating and scrub nurse during surgical procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain strict adherence to sterile field and infection control protocols
  • Accurately document patient information and interventions
  • Offer pre- and post-operative support and education to patients and their families
