Schedule:

  • 7p–7a shifts
  • Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
  • Weekend rotation, every other weekend minimum
  • No call

  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • BLS & NRP certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent NICU nursing experience
  • Proficiency in vent management, central line and trach care, gavage and bottle feeding, blood transfusions, and post-surgical support
  • Open to first-time travelers eager for new challenges
  • Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care for infants (23 weeks gestation to term), including complex and surgical cases
  • Manage feeding (including gavage and breastfeeding support), monitor ventilators and central lines, administer transfusions, and perform venipuncture
  • Chart efficiently using EPIC
  • Float within the pediatric departments as needed, providing continuity of care
