You’ll also have the flexibility to organize your own patient visits and the autonomy to manage your caseload—perfect for disciplined, proactive RNs ready to take the next step in their travel career. Schedule/Hours:

  • 6 visits daily; schedule your appointments with patients for the following day
  • Weekend rotation not required unless desired
  • 13-week schedule cycle
  • Holiday rotation: Expect to work 75% of holidays
  • Occasional call if interested
  • Paid mileage reimbursement, average 60-80 miles per day
  • Free parking on site
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • At least 1 year of home health experience
  • Proven skill with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • BLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment, wound care, IV, pleurx, wound vac, disease education, and OASIS documentation skills
  • Capable of managing up to 25–30 patients concurrently
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality home health care
  • Conduct patient assessments, teaching, and case management
  • Accurately complete and manage clinical documentation
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with leadership, schedulers, and clinical teams
  • Schedule daily visits with patients

    $1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
