Schedule/Hours:

  • 12-hour shifts (7-7)
  • Rotating every other weekend
  • Holiday shifts required
  • Self-scheduling within guidelines
  • Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license
  • BLS & ACLS certifications required
  • Proficient in telemetry rhythm interpretation
  • Adaptable, dependable, and a strong communicator
  • Flexibility for floating and adapting to census changes
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and perform thorough patient assessments
  • Prioritize safety, quality, and patient experience using hourly rounding and bedside reporting
  • Manage PICC and cath removals as needed
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
