Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the 2026–2027 school year in Waterboro, ME. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide 1:1 nursing support for a Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten student within a collaborative school environment.
Work Schedule:
32.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 nursing services to a Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten student throughout the school day
Monitor and address the student's healthcare needs in accordance with physician orders and district guidelines
Administer medications and treatments as required
Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Respond to health-related concerns and emergencies as appropriate
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal health regulations
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maine or ability to obtain
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
School-based nursing experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Assignment Details:
1:1 nursing support
Student population: Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten
32.5 hours per week
Start Date: August 24, 2026
End Date: June 18, 2027
