🧠 What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support students with behavior, routines, and transitions
Help reinforce IEP goals and learning strategies
Track student progress and support classroom structure
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers and school staff

✅ What Yovu Need
High school diploma or GED
Minimum age of 18
Ability to work in a classroom setting (standing, walking, light lifting as needed)
A passion for helping students succeed

⭐ Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working with children or in schools
Special education or behavioral support experience
Familiarity with IEPs or classroom support strategies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, dependable, and adaptable mindset

📋 What to Expect During Onboarding
As we prepare for the upcoming school year, selected candidates will complete standard school district onboarding, which may include:
Background check
TB test
Drug screening (if required by district)
School-specific clearances
