Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
  • Previous nursing experience in a school, pediatric, or community health setting preferred

  • Ability to work independently and respond calmly in emergencies
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to federal/state health regulations

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct healthcare services such as administering medications, first aid, and routine medical treatments to students
  • Develop individualized healthcare plans and monitor ongoing conditions
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and document interventions accurately
  • Educate students and staff on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy practices
  • Coordinate care with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Maintain accurate health records and report health concerns as needed
