Position 1: This flexible “rover” role is ideal for LVNs who excel at adapting throughout the day. You’ll be the go-to substitute nurse, covering multiple sites depending on daily absences and needs. Responsibilities range from insulin administration and G-tube feeds to, ideally, tracheostomy care. When short-term coverage isn’t needed, you’ll contribute at an assigned home base school. Your ability to handle a diverse set of procedures will make you an invaluable asset.

Position 2: Focused on one school during the morning, you’ll work closely with a single student managing a seizure disorder and G-tube feeding. When this student leaves at midday, you’ll transition to a second location to administer lunchtime insulin, followed by your own lunch and ongoing support at the site through early afternoon.
