Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in the operating room to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted RN licensure
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in an operating room or surgical services setting
  • Proficient with perioperative nursing standards and principles
  • Ability to circulate and/or scrub preferred
  • Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing operative and invasive procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and surgical technologists to ensure a safe surgical environment
  • Prepare and maintain operating room supplies, instruments, and equipment
  • Monitor patients’ conditions before, during, and after procedures, quickly responding to changes and complications
  • Uphold strict surgical asepsis and infection control protocols
  • Document all perioperative care accurately and promptly in compliance with facility standards and regulations
  • Support patient safety initiatives and advocate for best practices at every stage of care
