Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies to maintain aseptic conditions
  • Monitor patients’ vitals, surgical sites, and respond rapidly to changes in patient status
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless operations
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with facility protocols
  • Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding procedures and recovery
  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year experience as an Operating Room RN
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of surgical asepsis, infection control, and OR protocols
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to patient safety and advocacy
