Take the next step in your career by utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse specializing in Cath Lab care. This contract position requires strong clinical skills, critical decision-making, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic unit supporting high-acuity cardiovascular procedures.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm (with after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities)
  • Every other weekend and one weekday on call

    • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Texas or a current compact license
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Proficiency in Cath Lab environments, including expertise with Siemens, GE, and Philips equipment
  • Strongly preferred: experience with Structural Heart procedures and participation in clinical trials
  • Previous exposure to Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab Pre/Post environments is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective within a collaborative team

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to an average daily census of 120 in an advanced Cath Lab setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage a variety of complex structural heart cases, including clinical trials
  • Practice strict adherence to all hospital policies, maintaining exceptional standards for safety and infection control
  • Float as needed between Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab Pre/Post units
  • Accurately document in the Merge EMR system
  • Appropriately participate in the on-call rotation and weekend coverage
