Advance your nursing career with an opportunity in a dynamic Cardiac Catheterization Lab environment. This contract-based role requires an experienced Registered Nurse with a Texas RN license or compact license, who is skilled in providing comprehensive care alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
  • After hours, plus weekend on-call coverage required
  • Every other weekend and one weekday on call

    • Qualifications:

  • Current Texas RN license or compact license (required)
  • Active ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
  • Previous Cath Lab experience, including working with Siemens, GE, and Philips equipment
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, especially Merge
  • Preferred: Experience with Structural Heart procedures or clinical trials
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative team approach

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care and monitor patients during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team, including radiology technologists and other nursing staff
  • Support both Cath Lab and pre/post-procedure areas, as well as Interventional Radiology if needed
  • Participate in a range of procedures, with a focus on advanced and structural heart cases
  • Maintain a high standard of documentation and patient safety according to established guidelines
  • Follow facility policies, wear required royal blue scrubs, and maintain professionalism at all times
