This per diem opportunity offers the chance to tailor your own flexible schedule, providing autonomy as you deliver crucial care to Medicare Advantage plan members in locations such as Sandpoint, Ponderay, and Priest River.

Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available seven days a week
  • Design your own schedule to fit your lifestyle
  • Minimum hourly commitment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual home health risk assessments with an average duration of 45 minutes per visit
  • Review each patient’s prior and current medical history, medical conditions, and medication usage
  • Offer education to patients regarding their health conditions and prescriptions
  • Identify opportunities to address gaps in care, providing recommendations for improved health outcomes
  • Focus assessments only—no development of treatment plans or prescribing required
  • Qualifications:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification
  • Board Certification through AANP or ANCC
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
  • At least six months’ experience as an NP is highly preferred
  • For your expertise and dedication, you’ll receive $80–$90 for each completed evaluation, as well as a mileage stipend and payment for administrative time.
