Qualifications:

  • Active LPN or RN license in good standing
  • Experience in Med Surg clinical environments
  • Proficiency in general nursing skills, patient charting, and collaborative care
  • Strong communication and critical thinking abilities

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of nursing leadership, monitoring patient conditions and documenting vital information
  • Perform medication administration and assist in treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to ensure individualized, effective patient care
  • Provide support and education for patients and their support networks before and after procedures or while managing chronic illnesses
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient status while utilizing sound clinical judgment
  • Follow established protocols and maintain standard infection control practices
