Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
  • Proficient in scrubbing and circulating in complex cardiovascular surgeries
  • Strong understanding of surgical asepsis and infection control practices
  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to remain composed and attentive in high-pressure situations
