Qualifications and Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license

Proven experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Excellent critical thinking and rapid assessment skills

Ability to work well under pressure and within interdisciplinary teams

Schedule and Hours:

Schedule and shift details provided during the interview process, based on facility needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive and continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the ICU

Monitor, interpret, and document vital signs, lab results, and responses to treatments

Administer medications, therapies, and interventions according to physician orders and nursing protocols

Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care

Support patients and their families, delivering education and updates regarding conditions and treatments

Maintain compliance with infection control, patient privacy, and facility policies
