Schedule/Hours:

  • Key Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent ICU experience preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Experience with mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and titration of vasoactive drips
  • Ability to respond efficiently in emergencies and adapt to rapidly changing situations
  • Strong team collaboration skills and a patient-focused demeanor
  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions for critically ill individuals
  • Administer medications, infusions, and manage life-support equipment
  • Continually monitor patient status, identifying subtle changes and promptly reporting findings to providers
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary health care teams to develop, coordinate, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide family education and support, maintaining open and compassionate communication
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the medical record
  • Adhere to all infection control and hospital safety protocols
