Schedule/Hours:

Night shift preferred

Every other weekend and holiday (EOW, EOH) commitment

48 hours per week

Qualifications:

Active RN license required

Strong clinical background in ICU nursing

Experience in oncology, step-down, surgical, or telemetry units strongly desired

Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure and prioritize effectively

Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients utilizing evidence-based practice

Monitor and assess patients, identifying and responding promptly to changes in condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care planning

Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform necessary procedures as indicated

Document all interventions and patient responses accurately and timely

Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families during complex care episodes
