Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shift preferred
  • Every other weekend and holiday (EOW, EOH) commitment
  • 48 hours per week
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license required
  • Strong clinical background in ICU nursing
  • Experience in oncology, step-down, surgical, or telemetry units strongly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to excel under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care to critically ill patients utilizing evidence-based practice
  • Monitor and assess patients, identifying and responding promptly to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care planning
  • Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform necessary procedures as indicated
  • Document all interventions and patient responses accurately and timely
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families during complex care episodes
