Schedule & Hours:

  • Night shift: 3PM to 3AM
  • Variable days of the week
  • (2) 24hr call shifts required within an 8-week period
  • Minimum every other weekend
  • Must be available to work at least 2 major and 2 minor holidays

    • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
  • BLS/ARC-BLS certification (required upon hire)
  • ACLS or equivalent (required upon hire or provisional within 180 days)
  • PALS or equivalent (required upon hire or provisional within 180 days)
  • TNCC/ATCN or equivalent (required upon hire or provisional within 18 months)
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Basic computer and clinical technology abilities
  • Proven critical thinking and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work decisively and respectfully in fast-paced or emergent situations

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
  • Rapidly assess and respond to urgent and emergent clinical situations
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety
  • Document patient information efficiently and accurately
  • Engage in evidence-based nursing practices
