Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in California.
  • Recent experience in Telemetry nursing.
  • Strong grasp of the nursing process and established standards of care.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and independent judgment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various work environments and scheduling needs.

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide coordinated, high-quality patient care for assigned groups according to best practices and established protocols.
  • Supervise and direct nursing staff at various levels, ensuring seamless and safe delivery of care.
  • Utilize clinical and professional discretion in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Accurately manage documentation and maintain compliance with facility guidelines.
  • For float pool nurses, participate in educational activities and log hours accordingly.
