Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment with flexible scheduling options

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert nursing care to patients on a telemetry unit, closely monitoring cardiac status and vital signs
  • Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and interventions
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress within the electronic medical record system
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health maintenance
  • Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and participate in rapid response as needed

    • Required Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Telemetry (RN-Tele) setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking skills and effective interpersonal communication
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
