Schedule & Details:
• Shift: Days (7A-7P), three 12-hour shifts per week
• Full-time, travel position
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call duty
• Nurse/patient ratio: 5:1–6:1, depending on staffing
• Temp-to-perm opportunities are available

Core Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for cardiac and telemetry patients, focusing on both routine and complex cases
• Apply the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Administer medications and monitor for efficacy and side effects
• Accurately document patient histories, treatment plans, and care given
• Provide patient/family education and assess ongoing learning needs
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members and delegate tasks as appropriate
• Uphold safety and professional standards in line with ANA guidelines

Qualifications:
• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the AHA required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in telemetry or a related specialty preferred
• Participation in orientation and completion of all competency requirements
