Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • 2+ years of recent Operating Room experience
  • BLS & ACLS certifications (active and up to date)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced surgical environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and assist with surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout
  • Effectively coordinate with surgical teams, maintaining sterile field and compliance with OR protocols
  • Monitor patients pre-, peri-, and post-operation, documenting and communicating findings
  • Respond swiftly to emergent situations with composure and expertise
  • Provide patient advocacy and support to families as needed
