Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; recognize changes and intervene as needed

  • Educate and support families during emotionally challenging times
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (state and/or compact)
  • Recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
