Schedule/Hours:

  • 3 x 12-hour day shifts
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of recent ER RN experience (required)
  • NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Current RN license for the District of Columbia (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (required)
  • BSN preferred
  • Must have experience with Cerner EMR systems
  • Willingness and ability to work in trauma rooms and manage 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratios
  • Must reside 50+ miles from Washington Navy Yard, DC
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and coordinate care for diverse emergency patients, including trauma, pediatric, psych, and critical care cases
  • Perform advanced procedures: medication titrations, arterial lines, blood transfusions, and chest tube care
  • Ensure patient safety, quality care, and a positive patient experience in a fast-paced setting

    $1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
