Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel assignment

  • Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN licensure
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Previous Cath Lab nursing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
  • Desired Experience:

  • Experience assisting with electrophysiology and interventional cardiology procedures
  • Familiarity with conscious sedation protocols and post-procedure patient monitoring
  • Competence in managing emergencies related to cardiac events
  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, expert nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Carefully monitor patients’ vitals and condition pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and ancillary staff
  • Maintain precise procedural documentation and uphold safety standards
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures and aftercare
