Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RN license (compact state licensing accepted)
  • Recent experience in Med/Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to new environments and electronic health systems
  • Excellent clinical judgement, patient communication, and time-management skills
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Willingness to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team

    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care to diverse populations in a Med/Surg setting
  • Accurately assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
  • Administer treatments, medications, and interventions as ordered
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Help facilitate safe discharges and transitions of care
