Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license.
  • Proven experience in Stepdown and Telemetry nursing.
  • Proficient with telemetry monitoring, assessment, and interpretation.
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, care teams, and families.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

    • Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess patients with complex needs in Stepdown and Telemetry units.
  • Administer medications, therapies, and interventions per physician orders.
  • Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies promptly.
  • Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
  • Educate patients and families to facilitate safe transitions of care.
  • Support a collaborative environment by mentoring peers and assisting across units as necessary.

    $2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
