School Registered Nurse (RN) in Rochester, NY

Step into an impactful role supporting high school students in their journey toward becoming Certified Nurse Assistants. Working per diem as needed, the assignment runs the full school year, with PRN coverage provided when teachers are absent. Hours are from 8 to 10 am and 12 to 2 pm, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

In this position, you'll supervise on-the-job learning experiences in the Nurse Assisting (Nurse Aide) course. You'll collaborate closely with classroom teachers to craft and implement clinical experiences and oversee an 8:1 student-to-instructor ratio in the field. The role involves ongoing evaluation of student progress, coordination with agency partners, and supporting the Nurse Aide Teacher as needed.
