School Registered Nurse | Quincy, Massachusetts

Make a real impact in the life of a young student by providing individualized nursing care throughout the school year. This full-time contract opportunity involves working one-on-one with a preschool-aged child who requires specialized medical support. The position begins in August 2026 and continues through June 2027, following a Monday through Friday schedule (35-37.5 hours weekly).

In this role, the nurse will meet the student at home each morning and accompany them on a van ride to school, remaining with the student throughout the entirety of the school day, and then accompany them home in the afternoon. The child has unique medical needs, including tracheomalacia (with a tracheostomy and full-time oxygen), a G-tube for all feedings, hypothyroidism, reflux, Down syndrome, legal blindness due to cortical visual impairment, and significant global developmental delays.
