As a valued LPN in this school-based role, you’ll provide essential care to students within a health room environment, address a diverse range of health needs during the school day, and ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere. Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Florida LPN license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Previous school-based nursing experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work PRN, part-time, with opportunities for full-time positions as they arise
  • Willingness to complete pre-employment credentialing, fingerprinting, and JLA badge requirements; prior Florida school district fingerprints may expedite the process
