A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated LPN or RN to provide 1:1 nursing services to an 18-year-old male student with complex medical needs. This role supports a student attending an out-of-district program, with services expected through the remainder of the 25/26 school year, summer, and potentially extending into 26/27. The assignment offers about 40 hours per week, including transportation support.
You’ll begin your day at the student’s home, assisting with transport to school in a neighboring city, remaining with the student throughout the academic day, and riding back home each afternoon. The student’s health profile includes periventricular leukomalacia, spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy, cortical visual impairment, eosinophilic esophagitis, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
