In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room, assessing, planning, and implementing tailored treatment plans.
  • Respond effectively to acute patient needs, including trauma, cardiac emergencies, and varying critical conditions.
  • Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to physicians and family members.
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic medical records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current, valid RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with ER protocols and advanced life support techniques.
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt quickly to rapidly changing circumstances.
  • Experience with electronic charting systems preferred.

    $2,317 - $2,534/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
