Schedule:

  • Two shift options: 6:00am–2:30pm or 7:00am–3:30pm
  • Call rotation includes: 1 weekday (3:30pm–7:00pm)
  • 1 weekend every 4 weeks (7:00am–7:00pm)

    • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with experience in emergency room settings
  • Proven skills as an RN in an ER environment
  • Current certification from NMTCB or ARRT(N)
  • Strong assessment, triage, and patient advocacy abilities
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills within diverse healthcare teams
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving clinical situations

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care to individuals presenting with acute illnesses or injuries in the emergency department
  • Conduct rapid assessments, perform triage, and implement appropriate interventions
  • Administer medications, monitor responses, and maintain accurate records per regulatory standards
  • Communicate clearly with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans
  • Support and guide patients and families through stressful situations with professionalism and sensitivity
  • Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
