This role requires versatile Registered Nurses who are dedicated to maintaining high standards for patient safety and outcomes, while adapting to a fast-paced hospital environment.

Schedule and Location:

  • Afternoon/Evening PM shift needed
  • 8 hours of paid orientation provided
  • Next orientation begins in June
  • Your Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of one year experience in adult Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing
  • Demonstrated proficiency with telemetry monitoring, including identification of dysrhythmias
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Excellent clinical assessment skills
  • Strong communication abilities and focus on patient-centered care
  • Adaptable to changing patient acuity and unit needs
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to a diverse patient population requiring medical-surgical and telemetry interventions
  • Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and promptly recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to implement individualized care plans
  • Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly using electronic health records
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and post-discharge instructions
  • Adhere to all hospital protocols, infection control measures, and safety regulations
