Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Background in rehabilitation nursing and/or long-term care required
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience managing patient assessments, care planning, and documentation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a rehab or long-term care setting
  • Monitor, assess, and record patient progress, administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families regarding ongoing care, rehabilitation goals, and health maintenance
  • Oversee and guide nursing assistants and other support staff to ensure adherence to care standards
  • Respond to changes in patient conditions promptly, taking appropriate action

    $2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
