Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an Operating Room setting
  • Proficient with circulating and/or scrubbing for various surgical procedures
  • BLS certification (additional ACLS or PALS preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment

    • Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts, may include days, evenings, or weekends based on surgical schedule

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to coordinate high-quality patient care
  • Ensure operating suite remains sterile and appropriately equipped
  • Monitor patient status during surgery, advocating for patient safety at all times
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the surgical process
  • Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and respond quickly to emerging situations
  • Provide pre- and post-operative education and support to patients and their families

    $2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
