Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unencumbered RN license
  • Proven experience in the Operating Room, scrubbing and circulating roles
  • Strong clinical skills in perioperative care, patient assessment, and intraoperative support
  • Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff
  • Assess patient needs pre-operatively and provide ongoing intraoperative care
  • Manage sterile field and assist in maintaining infection control protocols
  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to emergencies as needed
  • Document patient care accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital policies
  • Educate patients and families about surgical procedures and post-operative expectations
