Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active RN license in good standing
  • Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical nursing role
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices
  • Current BLS certification required; additional certifications (such as ACLS) are highly valued
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a diverse healthcare team

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and post-surgical conditions
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications and IV therapies, and evaluate patient responses
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans alongside physicians, nurse managers, and ancillary staff
  • Facilitate patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during all stages of treatment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with facility protocols
  • Adhere to infection control and safety policies

    $2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
