Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license, in good standing
  • Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room experience
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required), TNCC or PALS preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
  • Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities

    • Main Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assess and prioritize patient conditions in a busy ER environment
  • Execute core emergency care functions including triage, wound care, IV starts, and medication administration
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and update care plans
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing interventions for diverse patient cases
  • Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols and regulatory standards
  • Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare instructions

    $1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
